In the caption, Willis explained the photos were a tribute to her body after having her first child, “so I can show my daughter what unconditional self-love and acceptance looks like.”
In the six photographs, Rumer Willis is clad in a brown bikini top paired with a matching patterned sarong. She flaunts her back tattoo in one provocative image and opts for a men’s button-down shirt in another.
“It’s been a journey of continuous curiosity and growth to see how much room and acceptance I can give my body as it continues to shift and transform after birthing a little human,” she added in the caption. “I hope to continue feeling in my loving of myself in all the many shapes and sizes it will come in.”
Of course, fans, friends, and family weighed in on Rumer Willis’ bikini spread. Thomas expressed his admiration by writing “So beautiful” to the mother of his child. Meanwhile, actress Bijou Phillips responded with a series of fire emojis to show her enthusiasm.
Fans Voice Their Support for Rumer Willis’ Daring Post-Baby Bikini Pics
In the comments section, other moms weighed in on how childbirth wreaks permanent havoc on the mother’s body.
“Girl, you are so beautiful,” one Instagram follower wrote. “You don’t even look like you had a baby! I know what you mean about the body changes, though,” they added.
“As far as I’m concerned, you look fabulous,” another fan chimed in. “After my c section, had to accept I couldn’t wear a bikini. Stomach never the same,” the forlorn mother admitted.
Other fans encouraged mothers to simply accept their post-baby bods. “Be kind to yourself,” an Instagram debizen insisted. “You grew a whole human, which is already amazing, and on top of that you look gorgeous still.”
Since the family disclosed his frontotemporal dementia diagnosis in March 2022, Willis’ father, Bruce Willis, has largely remained away from the public eye.
Last month, Emma Heming Willis celebrated her husband Bruce’s 69th birthday by sharing a touching photograph of the Unbreakable actor lovingly holding Louetta.“He’s a true gentle-man. With so much love to give and share,” Heming Willis captioned the image. “That’s what I get to see, his true core. I can tell you, it’s so pure and ever so good.”
