Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About Being an ‘Emotional Eater’ in the Past
Khloé Kardashian also said that she was an “emotional eater” before, and often would binge on junk food. She would then cry over her food choices. “I was sad so I needed the ice cream again. It was this crazy repeat cycle. It took years for me [to stop the habit].”
Along with her dieting struggles, Kardashian said her body type was also bigger. “I’ve always been even chubby, like athletic. I’ve always played sports, I was never in shape. My thing is more the food because I have the determination, so I had to retain my mind as to what I could eat [and] what I couldn’t eat.”
Khloé Kardashian then said with her diet changes, she also works out five days a week. “If I’m getting ready to shoot I’ll do pilates and my workouts.”
After losing weight and sustaining her preferred size, Kardashian said she often allows her to let loose when it comes to food. However, she is no longer eating her former guilty pleasures. Her usual go-to is pizza.
“Now that I’m in a good place body-wise, that I like, I do sort of eat what I want,” she added. “But because my brain is so trained, you don’t even want to eat half the crap or junk.”
