On Monday, June 10, false reports of her death started circulating. After her passing was confirmed on Tuesday, tributes began flooding social media.
After independently releasing several projects, Enchanting joined the New 1017 label in 2020. That same year, she and K Shiday contributed “Left on Read” to Gucci Mane Presents: So Icy Summer. Enchanting also collaborated with K Shiday, Gucci Mane, Key Glock, and the late Big Scarr on one of her most notable tracks, “No Luv.”
As she prepared for her debut major-label project, more singles were released, culminating in November 2022’s No Luv. This 14-track album featured collaborations with artists such as Gucci Mane, Kaliii, KenTheMan, Coi Leray, Lil Gotit, Big Scarr, HitKidd, and others.
As per her still-active profile on the 1017 Records website, the rapper characterized her music style as “trap-n-blues.”
She discussed changing her style, reflecting that she sounded “like a little baby” at the beginning of her career. “I had to get comfortable with my voice,” she recalled. “Staying in the studio and constantly recording, it helps me find the style I can be good at.”
Larry added, “Other people can relate to the things I say. I might help somebody through any situation, they can listen to me and find peace”.
As she ascended to fame, Enchanting released her hit single “He Can’t Reach.” The tune featured on the soundtrack for HBO’s Rap Sh!t, Season 2. Her final studio album, Luv Scarred/No Luv, came out in February 2023.
