Sean “Diddy” Combs is asking a judge to toss out a Jane Dane sexual misconduct lawsuit filed against him. His legal team is laying out the reasons why they want this particular case dismissed.
Per TMZ, Diddy’s attorneys want the Jane Doe suit tossed out for a few reasons. First, the alleged act happened in 2003. They claim that the statute of limitations has lapsed.
Diddy’s attorneys believe it’s too late for this woman to sue and that the suit is “paper thin.” They also claim that the suit doesn’t include many important details, and thus, is not worthy of being heard.
To top it all off, they insist that her allegations did not happen.

Another detail of the suit that agitated Diddy’s legal team was a “trigger warning” found on the documents.
They claim, “The sparse amendments to the original Complaint cannot remedy the falsehoods and incurable defects in the new pleading.”
They added, “Plaintiff cannot allege what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, yet purports to miraculously recall the most prurient details with specificity.”
Diddy has denied all allegations against him up to this point. This is a developing story.
