The past few months have been a daunting time for Bad Boy Founder Sean “Diddy” Combs. In March, the FBI and U.S. Homeland Security raided his home. He is a person of interest in an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.

Things went from bad to worse for Diddy in May. CNN released a shocking video of the music mogul assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. This came after she filed a civil suit alleging years of abuse at the hands of Combs in November 2023. They settled out of court a day later.
Diddy Former Employee Recalls Horrific Assault
The flurry of allegations and stories against Diddy prompted some of Combs’ former employees to speak out. The Daily Beast interviewed several former Sean John and Blue Flame employees. Employees were grilled about the culture and detailed stories of working for the Bad Boy Founder.
One former female staffer recalled an incident over creative differences at the company. When the staffer tried to respond to one of Combs’ remarks, he grabbed her face with one hand and told her to “Stick out your tongue”.
He then groped her face forcefully, repeatedly stating that he “just wanted to see” if her tongue was bleeding because she was biting it.
“At that point, I didn’t have a response to that, and he reached out and he grabs my face. He puts one hand on both sides of my cheeks and says, ‘Stick out your tongue,’ and then he squeezes my face harder and yells at me to stick out my tongue, forces his hands on my face,” the employee recalled.
“I started looking for a job immediately after that moment. I just wasn’t interested in being there to deal with that kind of treatment,” another employee added.
Combs Could Be Stripped of Key to NYC
In September, Combs was awarded the key to his hometown of New York City. It culminated with a huge ceremony in New York’s Times Square, where he was gifted the key by Mayor Eric Adams.
But Diddy’s ownership of his key to the city could be short-lived. Because of all of the drama surrounding the music mogul, Mayor Adams says that Diddy’s key could be revoked.
“I think all of us were deeply disturbed by watching that chilling video of the young lady being assaulted by him,” Adams said.
The Mayor also added that he and the committee have never revoked a key to the city before. But in light of the recent events that option is not off the table.
“We are taking everything under analysis, and the team will come back to me with final determination,” he added.
