Pop star Taylor Swift began dating Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce in 2023. Amid her relationship with the star tight end, Swift became a regular fixture at Chiefs games… all the way up to their big Super Bowl win.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid revealed that, during the season, Swift made home-made pop-tarts for the offensive line. However, Reid could not give a review of the baked goods because he did not get the chance to try them.
“Hilarious nugget: Taylor Swift made the Chiefs o-line homemade pop-tarts during the season But Andy lamented he didn’t get any though,” NFL analyst Chris Simms tweeted on February 27.
Taylor apparently has a thing for baked goods and loves to share her craft with others. Retired NFL star Bernie Kosar revealed that he recently went to Travis Kelce’s house for a meal. During his visit, he tasted some homemade cinnamon rolls that the singing sensation made.
“Taylor is so nice,” Kosar shared. “She comes in by herself, she’s so cool, she brings … she made her homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis for a pregame meal.”
Buffalo Bakery Cashes in on Taylor Swift
Since becoming an NFL fixture, Swift’s name has apparently become synonymous with baked goods.
Donuts Delite, a bakery in nearby Rochester, N.Y., ran a three-day promotion during the weekend that the Chiefs faced the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs. The crew made Swift doughnuts, anticipating her being in town for Travis’ game at Highmark Stadium.
USA Today reports that the promotion was so successful the owner had to hire 30 extra workers because of the demand.
“It was wild, crazy. What a ride. What I can tell you is we’re all tired today,” Nick Semeraro, owner of Donuts Delite told USA Today. “It stirred a lot of emotions on both sides, but we take pride in what we do and we’re thankful for all the interest. What a blessing.”
Audio of Chiefs’ Super Bowl Debacle Won’t Leak
The Chiefs Super Bowl win did not come without drama. Kelce was on the bench during a pivotal play in the second quarter. And during that play, the Chiefs fumbled in the red zone. After the turnover, Kelce went beast mode on his head coach Andy Reid.
Although Kelce was mic’d up for the game, one source tells the New York Post that the audio of the exchange will not hit the airwaves.
“Two people highly plugged into the sports media business told The Post they suspect the Chiefs blocked NFL Films — which captures the mic’d up audio — and “Inside the NFL” from airing the direct Kelce sound bite, with one saying he thought that this edict came from Reid,” the Post writes.
