Kylie and Travis’ brother Jason were in Margate City, NJ over Memorial Day weekend. They were approached by a woman demanding a photo with Kylie, but Kylie politely declined. The woman became enraged over the rejection and went off on Kylie, stating she would “never be allowed in this town again.”
Kylie told the woman, “I can smell the alcohol on your breath. You’re embarrassing yourself.”
Onlookers of the incident stated that the Kelces did nothing wrong and were polite and were polite. Furthermore, the mayor of Margate City, Michael Collins, immediately apologized to the Kelces for the woman’s behavior.
“On behalf of the City of Margate, I’d like to formally apologize to Jason and Kylie Kelce for the experience they had in Margate City over the holiday weekend,” Collins stated. “As a father with young children, I know as well as anyone the importance of a date night with your wife and would like to offer a redo date night with dinner on me.”
During his appearance on the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast, Travis Kelce gave his honest opinion about what happened. “This lady tries to come in and be entitled,” he explained. “Telling Jason and Kylie like, ‘You have to take a picture with my kid. Like, you’re doing it now.’ It escalated into something that it shouldn’t have even been.”
The NFL star also praised his sister-in-law’s toughness and “don’t f— with me” attitude. “‘Now I gotta choke somebody in this b—,’” Travis Kelce stated.
