Years after Prince Andrew was first accused of sexual assault, the controversial British royal is once again making headlines after a woman claimed he “ogled” her chest at an official royal engagement two decades ago.

The woman, an events manager, recently spoke to The Sun about her encounter with the prince when she was 24. He had visited with the doctor she was working for at the time.
“He wouldn’t leave me alone,” the woman, who wasn’t identified, stated about Prince Andrew.
She also said the royal was more inclined to speak to her than her former boss.
“He was more interested in looking at my boobs than learning about our business,” the woman continued. She noted that he wouldn’t stop staring at her chest. “Andrew obviously had other things on his mind.”
She then recalled what she was wearing that day.
“I was wearing a low-cut top but had a jacket on, so [I] wasn’t dressed outrageously,” she said,
She confessed that the encounter with Prince Andrew was “a bit creepy.”
Prince Andrew previously endured national and international outrage for his strong connection with notorious sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein. He also dealt with sexual assault allegations from Virginia Giuffre, whom he legally settled with in 2022.
The prince has since withdrawn from the public. He was also stripped of his royal responsibilities.
Prince Andrew Was Recently Accused of Being Linked to a Chinese Spy Suspect
Along with the “ogled” situation, Prince Andrew was accused of being linked to Chinese spy suspect Yang Tengbo.
NBC News reports that Tengbo was recently barred from the UK on national security grounds and has been subjected to the country’s highest levels of national security investigation.
Britain’s High Court revealed in a written ruling last week that the prince was “prepared to enter into business activities with the alleged spy.” The court also referred to Tengbo as H6.
British intelligence agencies reportedly feared that Tengbo was attempting to gain influence over one of the royal family members.
Tengbo released a statement, calling the “widespread descriptions” of himself as a “spy” to be “entirely untrue.”
The court ruling further noted that the relationship between Prince Andrew and Tengbo was a “significant degree.” The relationship also had an “unusual degree of trust.”
The ruling added that Tengbo could reportedly “act on behalf of the prince in engagements with potential partners and investors in China.
The prince’s office has since stated that he “ceased all contact” with Tengbo after concerns were raised. His staff noted that he “met the individual through official channels with nothing of a sensitive nature ever discussed.”
After Tengbo was dubbed a “risk to national security,” former Security of State Suella Braverman said in 2023 that his ban was “justified and proportionate.”
